Community announcements, clan updates, server news, events and development progress from across Black Squad Clan & Community.
Black Squad is being rebuilt as a completely custom website, moving away from the previous WordPress platform and creating a new home for the Clan & Community.
The first stage focuses on the public front end, including games, servers, members, forums, events, clan history and community news.
Later development will introduce the member system, database-driven content, forums, ranks, achievements, administration tools and live server integrations.
The rebuilt site will restore many of the systems that formed part of the previous Black Squad community, including ranks, medals, achievements, applications and member progression.
Future versions of the website will connect directly with supported Black Squad game servers to display status, maps, player counts and connection information.
Public discussion, game communities, member areas, WAR Squad sections and rank-restricted leadership forums are planned for the custom platform.
The new site preserves the story of the community from the early DeathStalkers era through Tactical Response Division and the evolution into Black Squad.
The new events system is being designed to support community game nights, competitive matches, WAR Squad training and other organised activities.
Member profiles will eventually bring together clan rank, achievements, medals, game participation and community activity in one place.
